Analysis Meeting
In a meeting of one or one-and-a-half hour, together we will clarify your challenges, and discover what the main tensions and polarities are about. From there, ideas for possible actions will emerge and we will give you specific references to methods and literature that may support your process. We will indicate what our role could be in the process you are initiating. After this meeting you will receive an offer with the possibilities and pricing for our potential collaboration.
Consult Meeting
In a meeting of two or two-and-a-half hours , together we will clarify your challenges, and discover what your main tensions and polarities are about. From there, ideas for possible actions will emerge and we will give you specific references to methods and literature that may support your process. We will indicate what our role could be in the process you are initiating. After this meeting you will receive our report with a summary of the tension fields and polarities and our tips and references, as well as our advice to develop actions. You will also receive our offer with pricing for our potential collaboration.
Collective Resilience
On the path towards inclusion, the first steps focus on creating more resilience as a group. Different kinds of activities can contribute to collective care and support, getting to know each others needs and acknowledging the value of every person and every role in the group. Depending on what works for your team, the sessions focus on team building, creativity, well-being, playfulness, or other ways of connecting as a group.
Conflict Resolution
Next steps towards a more inclusive and resilient group culture, are a series of sessions to learn to deal with tensions, polarities and conflict. A combination of frameworks, methods, process guidance, training and individual or duo-coachings, will contribute to your unique growing path as a team and as an organization.
Worldwork Conversations
Upgrade your debates, talks, event programs and conferences with our radically inclusive coaching or creative moderation!
Tell us your plans for your debates, talks, event programs and conferences, and we can give you immediately some tips and tricks to make it more inclusive! Power dynamics are influencing us all, anywhere we are. Let's
-
prepare your event together, to avoid the usual traps of the dominant power dynamics, by adapting or adding some essential steps in the process you have already designed.
-
guide you to integrate moments of Collective Resilience, to create a foundation and to hold space for discussions on sensitive issues that may come.
-
design a Worldwork event together. In a Worldwork event, we guide facilitated conversations with a group on sensitive issues in a particular way. We will be holding space for and honoring all different views, voices and emotions that emerge from the interactions.

They sense perfectly when and how to give the necessary support, and they help finding words for what is hard to say. A safe enough environment is created for issues that were on our"to-do/to-talk" list, but were difficult to address.

They stand solidly with us in difficult processes, which makes us feel more confident to take on challenges. They are the safety net when you are walking a tightrope as a manager or organization.

Every year, I see how students are captivated by the Deep Democracy workshop. It's a lesson that holds space for real interaction and deep reflection. Students really use this knowledge creatively during exam case studies.
